He is a seasoned Administrator and Investment Analyst with over 20 years experience in the Public sector. He is currently the Director, Investment Promotion and Management in Ondo State Development and Investment Promotion Agency.  

He is the founder and Managing Director of Slabmark Nigeria Limited. He nurtured the Company from scratch to its present state of multi-billion naira asset based Company. He is also the Chairman/Chief Executive/Officer of Sudit Oil & Chemicals Ltd, Sudit Vegetable Oil Mills, Sudit Transport and Logistics Ltd and Asabi Plastic Industries Ltd.

He started his career in Accounting in 1974, he has acquired 30 years working experience in Auditing, Finance and administration over his working career. He is a Knight of St. Mulumba, and he is married with blessed children.

He is a key executive within the organization, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring the sustainable growth of the company.

He is a seasoned Legal Practitioner, Corporate Secretary and Management Expert. He has a career of about 40 years post qualification experience in the legal and corporate practices in Nigeria. He is married and blessed with princes and princesses. 

Alhaji Kazeem Abiodun Oladejo obtained a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Biochemistry from Federal University of Technology, Akure in 1992. He rose through the ranks to become Manager and Overseer of Sales & Marketing, HR/Administration, Production & Quality Control Departments. Presently, he is a Senior Manager at Slabmark Nigeria Limited. He has over 20 years experience with impeccable ethic and integrity. He is married with children.

Mr. Yemi Meroyi is a member of Board of Directors. He joined the services of Ifesowapo Local Government (now Odigbo Local Government), Ore in 1986, and rose to the position of Executive Officer (Accounts). Mr. Yemi Meroyi is a disciplinarian, an embodiment of industry and high moral tenet. He is happily married with children. 

He is the Company Secretary. He holds an HND (Accountancy), a B.SC (Accountancy) and an M.SC (Accountancy). He is an Associate of both Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is presently the Chief Consulting Officer (CCO) of Adeyeye Michael Consultancy Services. He is married with children.
